AIN active has developed the drafting and technical direction of the electromechanical project for the Touro Hydroelectric Power Plant.
In addition, it has supervised the technical quality of the works, as well as the assembly, operation, and maintenance of the electrical and electromechanical equipment.
The Touro Hydroelectric Power Plant has an installed capacity of 14 MW, consisting of 2 Kaplan units. The gross head is 25,00 meters, and the design flow is 60,00 m³/s. The annual energy production is 33,75 GWh.
The Salto de Touro Nº2 consists of the following facilities:

Intake: Execution of a gravity dam and intake works, including intake gates, generating sets, hydraulic groups, regulation automation, fiber optic communication with the plant, and a cleaning pump.

Power plant: Including medium-voltage protection cells, measurement, control, control panels, auxiliary services transformer, generating set, oleohydraulic groups, lubrication and cooling systems, crane bridge, drainage pumps, and fire protection system.

Energy evacuation: Underground conduction in a trench to the electrical substation, including a portal for the evacuation line pendulums, voltage and current measurement transformers, surge protection valves, motorized disconnectors, circuit breakers, power transformers, centralization boxes, etc.
